The HPERO summer school took place the 27th of June to 3rd of July in Piriac-sur-Mer, France. Despite the difficult situation with the corona restrictions the school hosted 51 persons (36 participants, 10 lecturers on site + 2 online from UOXF, 3 organizers) from 15 different nationalities. A full week of lectures was organised, with over 40 hours of tutorials and despite the pandemic, there were have anti-poster session and fruitful discussions during the breaks and meals! Of course the participants looked very much forward to the social events, but due to the coronavirus they were cancelled.

The next school will be organised in 2023, and the tentative plan is to have this event in Crete. Please keep an eye on our websites where we will post information about the next HPERO school.
